After months of investigation into the Jerry Sandusky situation, the NCAA has come back with a punishment for Penn State University. We all suspected it would be harsh, and it is. The school will never be the same again.

The taking down of Joe Paterno's statue was the part of breaking down his legacy. Now, they will be taking away a lot more,  including his title of winningest coach of all time.

Penn State will have to pay a $60 million dollar fine, they will have to pay all the money to a charity. They will be banned from bowl games for four years, and have their scholarships reduced from 20, to 15. The sanctions will also allow all Penn State athletes to transfer to other schools, and begin playing for those schools immediately.

The big hit is that the school will have to vacate ALL wins from 1998 - 2012. This takes away the wins from Joe Paterno, and will make Bobby Bowden the winningest coach in college football.
