With the nice weather we had earlier this week, I felt compelled to take advantage of the sunny afternoon by rolling down the window of my fancy dancy automobile and turned up Bon Jovi's Bad Medicine as loud as the radio could crank out the tune as I enjoyed a ride up route 4 in East Greenbush.  Not sure why, but it brought me back to my youth and I thought about the very first time I ever drove my own car.  Do you recall your very first car?  How about the first time you rolled down the window and cranked the dial?  What was the very FIRST song you heard?  I remember mine like it was yesterday.

I may show a little bit of my age here but I remember my very first car- a 1985 Daytona Turbo.  More importantly, I recall solo cruise I had as a free teenager.  The very first tune I ever cranked up was Bad Company's Shooting Star - on cassette, of course.  I asked a few of my friends and got some pretty good answers.  Def Leopard's Pour Some Sugar on Me in an Iroc. Metallica, Ride the Lighting, Pearl Jam's 10 album and a few other fine tunes.  How about you?  What was the very first song you rocked out to in on your very first solo drive?
