I absolutly loved A Quiet Place and was really excited when it was announced that Part 2 would be filming in Upstate New York again and would come out in 2020. Then the pandemic hit and A Quiet Place 2 was pushed back from the spring to the fall of 2020. I was like, "Okay, Halloween would be a great time to watch A Quiet Place." It didn't come out in fall 2020, instead, it was pushed to 2021.

It was originally scheduled to come out this fall 2021, but John Krasinski is sick of waiting and has moved the release date up to Memorial Day weekend. By the way, I don't know if you know this, but John Krasinsky is awesome and a national treasure, and I'll fight anyone that says otherwise.

A Quiet Place 2 was filmed in several locations around Upstate and Western New York including Akron, Buffalo, Dunkirk, Grand Island, Lackawanna, North Tonawanda, Olcott, and Westfield.

The film will debut nationwide on May 28th, according to an announcement from John Krasinski.

A Quiet Place

In Western New York, the Transit Drive-In will be premiering A Quiet Place 2 on May 28th and I'm hoping our local Drive-ins do too. Malta, Jereco, Hi-Way, and Hollywood Drive-ins would be the perfect places to see this movie.

If A Quiet Place 2 is half a good as Part 1, it's going to be a big hit.
