Swedish Metal Rockers Hammerfall Playing Upstate This Weekend
Hammerfall (from Sweden) are set to rock Upstate Concert Hall in Clifton Park this Saturday night (May 26). Showtime 8pm.
Hammerfall formed back in 1993 out of Gothenburg, Sweden. The band features singer Joacim Cans and guitarist Oscar Dronjack along with guitarist Pontus Norgren, bassist Fredrik Larsson, and drummer David Wallin. The band started off doing cover songs from bands like Pretty Maids, Judas Priest and Alice Cooper before landing a recording contract. The band achieved some U.S. exposure with the release of Crimson Thunder in 2002 and the song "Hearts on Fire". They have released 10 studio albums with their last being 2016's Built to Last. This is gonna be a rockin show!
