As 2012 comes to an end and we're reminiscing about the year's greatest internet celebs, there's a certain hilarious feline that tops our list-- the one and only 'Grumpy Cat.' Tarder Sauce, as the sad kitty is also known, first debuted on Reddit, and the feline has since become a furry superstar, scoring interviews left and right and inspiring tons of funny memes.

There’s no denying that 2012 was a strong year for film. We had great, big genre franchise stunners like ‘The Avengers’ and ‘The Hobbit,’ small and compelling surprises like ‘Looper’ and ‘Holy Motors,’ as well as great works by top-tier filmmakers like Spielberg's ‘Lincoln’ and Tarantino's ‘Django Unchained.’

Right before the end of the year, as per tradition, the 38th Annual "List of Words to be Banished from the Queen's English for Misuse, Overuse and General Uselessness" is released. It's more of a tongue-in-cheek list but it does serve notice to the words that were WAY overused in society for the year.
