Hometown boy Marc Labelle had a triumphant homecoming last night in Albany at a packed Empire Live. The Niskayuna native and his Los Angeles based band have been road warriors over the past few years, touring with the likes of Guns N Rose and Black Crowes. Joining Labelle in Dirty Honey is the rhythm section of Justin Smolian on bass and drummer Jaydon Bean. They lay down the groove while John Notto offers up incendiary leads. DH is one of the best live bands touring today. If you haven't seen DH live yet, do not wait. Get out, see as show.
