In This Moment are currently in the midst of their Hellpop Tour, and now the band has announced a second leg that will kick off Jan. 2. Opening bands will be Butcher Babies, Devour the Day and All Hail the Yeti. The 16-date Hellpop Tour II launches in Portland, Ore. and will traverse the country, ending up in Florida just in time for In This Moment to embark on the ShipRocked cruise.

The Hell Pop Tour with the headlining band In This Moment is passing through the Albany area and I was able to talk with hometown girl herself Maria Brink.

With their latest disc ‘Blood’ out almost a year now, In This Moment aren’t showing any signs of slowing down any time soon. The band will be joining the likes of Shinedown and Papa Roach for the 2013 Carnival of Madness tour run and now In This Moment have revealed they will be headlining the Hellpop tour this fall.

Last week, Carnival of Madness revealed the arsenal of rock bands that will head up their 2013 trek including Shinedown, Papa Roach, Skillet, In This Moment and We as Human. Now, the first leg of dates and locations have been unveiled. At this weekend's Rock on the Range festival, Device's David Draiman brought up a special guest to sing 'Close My Eyes Forever.' He was joined by Maria Brink of In This Moment to sing the duet from Device's self-titled debut album (watch video above).

In This Moment shows are something special, but if you happen to be in Madison, Wis., later this month, the performance may be a little more spectacular than usual. That's because the band is shooting their first-ever concert DVD that night.

So, In This Moment were here last Summer weren't they? I remember laughing, singing, dancing and throwing a few punches. Ok, so I wasn't throwing punches but trust me, it happened. Oh, we also drank beers and had an f-n blast.
