The Free Beer & Hot Wings Morning Show, could not of picked a better week to go on vacation, because the MTV Video Music Awards were last night, and I am finding it hard to even care.
As had been rumored for a while, Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj have both publicly confirmed that they are leaving 'American Idol' after this season, following the announcement that Randy Jackson was also retiring. This leaves Keith Urban as the last judge standing, though perhaps not for long.
'American Idol' used to be the hottest show on television, but after thirteen years, it's starting to show its age. The show's ratings have slipped from regularly having 30 million viewers to now somewhere around 11 million. And though the show has had some different judges over the course of its run, it's now looking to ditch all four current judges to have a fresh face for Season 13.
I for one wanna say Nicki Minaj ENOUGH!! Seriously just because they don't like you or they say something you do not agree with does not make them a racist.
It seems like pop music is just a giant battle of who can be more ridiculous, rather than who can actually provide real talent. Nicki Minaj and Lady Gaga seem to be fighting over who can turn more heads with their ridiculous looks, rather than their ability to sing.
