After 12 years of service, Ron Lipnicki and Overkill have parted ways, bringing in Shadows Fall skinsman Jason Bittner.

Shadows Fall will break from their touring hiatus with a performance at the 2015 Big Kahuna Festival in Providence, Rhode Island.

Just before they head to Europe for a series of shows and festivals across the pond, Hatebreed have announced a North American tour with Shadows Fall, the Acacia Strain and Battlecross that launches in September. The first batch of dates are below, with more to be announced.

Shadows Fall had been set for a big spring overseas. The band had booked dates with Testament in Europe and Ill Nino in the UK, but now they've bowed out of both of those tours.

Local drummer Jason Bitter of Shadows Falls (Anthrax, Sludge Factory, Burning Human ect) isn't happy with Halestorm's winning a Grammy in the Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance category.
