Traffic jams are the worst. You have ZERO control over the situation you're in. Because some a--hole went and got in a wreck, you're now inconvenienced. So what do you do? Break out the steel drums and limbo, of course!

Honestly, there is no reason for traffic to be stopped for a lousy lane merge. Two lanes become one, simple concept!

Gov Cuomo has just announced that the Tappan Zee Bridge near New York City will close at 4PM today (10/29) due to the high winds associated with Sandy.
