Traveling is going to be getting even more treacherous all day Sunday and Monday.

Over the river and through the woods to grandmother's house we go...maybe in some heavy snow this year. So the forecast around the Capital Region for Thanksgiving looks pretty good with a high of 41 on Thursday and 35 for Black Friday with no snow until 1 to 4 inches on Sunday into Monday...

According to the Weather Channel: Snow this morning will give way to partly cloudy conditions this afternoon. Some mixed winter precipitation possible. High 33F. Winds WNW at 15 to 25 mph. Chance of snow 100%. About one inch of snow expected.

The Capital Region is getting hit once again with severe winter weather. The Winter Weather Advisory issued by the National Weather Service predicts 4-8 inches of snow and a tenth an inch of ice in the 24-36 hours. Which means many cities and townships are preparing by issuing Snow Emergencies.
