Take A Peak Inside The SUNY Mansion That Sold For $1 Million Dollars
The SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry Foundation has sold an eight-bedroom mansion in the Adirondacks.
The foundation had been using the huge historic mansion for conferences since it was bought in 2012. It was decided that the historic mansion was no longer needed along with the lake and 46 acres because conferences could be held elsewhere. Plus the university is facing a $6 million deficit so selling the mansion for $1 million made good financial sense.
The house and property are absolutely beautiful and very secluded. The new owners have asked to keep their identity private, but have said that the house will become a private single-family home again.
Here's a sneak peek at this beautiful eight-room, 1927 Adirondack mansion.
