The 2023 Great New York State Fair, Here’s What To Know Before You Go
Here's you guide to the 2023 Great New York State Fair.
The 2023 New York State Fair runs from now until Monday September 4th. Admission and parking tickets may be purchased HERE. Parking is $10 per vehicle. Anyone 12 years old or younger are FREE. Anyone 65 years old or older are also FREE. Cash will not be accepted for parking or admission.
OPERATING HOURS; The fairgrounds will be open from 9am - 11pm each day. The Wade Show Middway Hours are 11a-11p daily. On Labor Day the entire fair will be closing at 9pm. It is the policy of the New York State Fair to prohibit smoking on fairgrounds.
PARADES:
- Pride Day, August 25 at 6:00pm
- Law Enforcement Day, August 28 at 6:00pm
- Fire & Rescue Day, August 29 at 6:00pm
- Armed Forces Day, August 31 at 6:00pm
- Labor Day, September 4 at 10:30am
DO'S AND DON'TS;
- No pets - unless they are a trained service animal
- Bring coolers with food and drinks
- Don't Bring alcohol
- Bring scooters, wheelchairs, etc.
- You can also rent scooters, wheelchairs and strollers
CONCERTS - The Chevrolet Music Series provides entertainment on 2 separate stages. Each of these performances are free with your fair admission and seating is on a first come, first served basis. See the full schedule HERE.
- Chevy Court - Performances at 1pm and 6pm daily (except Labor Day)
- Suburban Park - Performances at 2pm and 8pm daily (except Labor Day)
