On Thursday October 30th Aaron Boone enjoyed dinner at Prime Steakhouse, 101 East Water Street, In Syracuse. It is said, but not confirmed, that Boone gave up on his starter early in the meal and went to the dessert menu way too soon.

On Friday October 31st Aaron Boone was spotted at the JMA Wireless Dome in Syracuse. Boone was in town to see the Syracuse Orange take on Bill Belichick's North Carolina Tar Heels on some College Football action.

Aaron Boone's son, Brandon Boone, is a student at the University of North Carolina and serves as an offensive analyst for the Tar Heels' football team. Presumably Aaron was in town to see his son.

Aaron Boone signed a two-year contract extension with the New York Yankees less than a year ago. The contract keeps Boone as manager of the Yankees through the 2027 season.

Boone has nearly 700 wins as Yankees manager and has reached the playoffs in seven out of eight seasons. He lead the Yankees to 1 World Series in 2024 but lost to the Los Angeles Dodgers.
