This week the brand new album from Five Finger Death Punch, American Capitalist,dropped everywhere.  Now the band is heading out on the Share the Welt tour.  Before they head out though, the guys get some time off.  So how does Ivan Moody spend his free time?  He works his ass off.

You see in this video that he works very hard to train to be on tour with the band and that includes some mixed martial arts training as well.  This dude is badass to the core.  The last stop of his day is to get a new tattoo.  Wouldn't it be great to kick it with Ivan Moody for a day?
