This year Capital Region families will celebrate all of the main men, chiefs and pops in your family at Dad Fest 2025. This is a FREE event featuring live music, classic car show, food and craft vendors and fun for the entire family. Here are the details.

Get the family together Sunday June 15th for Dad Fest 2025 at Washington Park in Albany. This free event will be fun for the whole family with rock climbing, bounce house inflatables and more than 30 food and craft vendors. Dad will love the live music.

  • 12:30p - The Wheel - Grateful Dead Tribute
  • 2:30p - Slippery When Wet - Bon Jovi Tribute
  • 4:30p - Psycho Circus NYC - KISS tribute

Dad Fest 2025, brought to you by Albany Office of Cultural Affairs and Key Bank, will also feature a classic car show with more than 100 vehicles from the 1920's to today. So where will you park your vehicle?

Dad Fest 2025 offers these free parking options: Locations:

  • Elk Street parking lot, located behind the State Education Building. The pick-up location will be Elk and Hawk at the stop sign.
  • Eagle Street parking lot, located at the corner of Eagle Street and Madison Avenue

There are also these paid parking locations:

  • Parking Lot 2: Located at 72 Central Ave. (between Central Ave & Western Ave)
  • Parking Lot 3: Located at 327 Washington Avenue. (at Washington and Lexington Ave)
  • Parking Lot 4: Located at 124 Central Ave. (between Central Ave & Bradford St)
