American Idiot Hits The Road

Now that its run in NYC is over, ‘American Idiot’ is taking its show on the road. I generally don’t care much for musicals, but this one looks really fun. After watching the trailer for it, I feel like an ‘Idiot’ for not seeing it when it just a couple hours away. Broadway shows are typically those kinds of things that I don’t have a desire to see, but if I go because someone bought me a ticket, I always enjoy it a lot more than I thought I would. AmericanIdiotonbroadway.com has the dates they’ve booked for the tour, and it looks like Boston is our closet destination which isn’t until late January of 2012. Although that’s a long ways away, this is the kind of show you need to really plan in advance for. I'm not sure when regular tickets go on sale yet, but you can get group tickets by clicking here. And hey, if you’re going to make a trip out to Bean-town, you might as well go with a bunch of friends and really make it a party!
