Baby Walks Out On 10 Story Ledge [VIDEO]

I think I just watched the craziest video of all time. And with today's plethora of video websites, making that kind of statement is like going out on a ledge. Speaking of ledges, watch this kid just walking around on a window sill like it's some sort of inclosed balcony.

I'm not sure how old this kid is but I'm thinking three or four?  I know I know, you're thinking where is mom or dad? Yeah, they make an appearance right around 3:00, right after they're little tike nearly falls off the edge at around 2:38.
