These Are The Capital Region’s Go-To Lunch Spots

No one should ever skip lunch, and we asked the residents of the Capital Region to tell us their go-to spots to grab some midday grub!

While they say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day I have to think that lunch is everyone's favorite meal of the day. No shade at dinner, or second breakfast if you're a Hobbit, but lunch is the meal I look forward to more than any other one.

That's a lie - I will always hold a special place in my heart for late night pizza after a night out drinking or at a concert.

Any way, LUNCH! Where do you like to go? We all have the places we remain loyal to and they always seem to quench that hunger we have. I wanted to get to the bottom of that and figure out all the places you're all going to so that I get to experience the most delicious food in the Capital Region.

Selfish? Yes. Delicious? YES!

Obviously these were just the most common answers we got and there are SO many more places but this list is a great start. Now I have to begin my journey to try food from each one of these places. It's my duty to you, the listener.
