Casting Call for This Feature Film Shot In Central New York, Want to Be In A Movie?

Lights, camera, action! Producers are searching for actors to fill roles in a movie being filmed in Central New York. Do you have what it takes to play one of the roles listed below? If you want to try we have all of the information you need for this casting call.

The feature film titled "Plainclothes", according to Syracuse.com, is being shot in the Syracuse area and is in need of actors to fill a variety of roles.

Syracuse Feature Film Casting indicates that some of the roles that need to be filled include police officer, pastor's wife and movie theatre employee. No experience necessary and there is a need for people of all ages from toddler to 80-years-of-age.

TODDLER: character portrayed as 3 to 6 to play 3, male (cis, trans or non-binary), any ethnicity. The youngest son of an upstate NY preacher, he runs wild around the church.

OFFICER 1: character portrayed as 20’s, male (cis, trans or non-binary), any ethnicity. Lucas’ super fit, charming coworker at the Syracuse Police department, he is seen horsing around in the department locker room.

JOANNE/WOMAN: character portrayed as 30’s to 40’s, female (cis, trans or non-binary), any ethnicity. A local pastor’s soft spoken wife. She is picking up the pieces after his departure and runs a tight ship while doing it.
