Join us on this Wednesday (2/15) at Stuyvesant Plaza, 1475 Western Ave in Albany, for the Q1057 and 1035 Rock and Roll Up Your Sleeve Blood Drive. Schedule your appointment in advance of the event and you will automatically get a $10 Amazon e-gift card. You could also win tickets to see Red Hot Chili Peppers in Syracuse AND, if you are 18 or older, you will be entered to win a trip to Clearwater, Florida.

The Rock and Roll Up Your Sleeve event will take place between 12 Noon - 6:30pm. American Red Cross are asking healthy individuals to schedule your appointment HERE and be sure to use Promo Code: Q105.7. Walk-Ins are also welcome, if schedule allows.

Other ways to schedule your donation appointment are:

• Call 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767)
• Enable the Blood Donor Skill on any Alexa Echo device.

To donate blood, individuals need to bring:

• Blood donor card
• OR driver’s license
• OR two other forms of identification that are required at check-in
• Individuals who are 17 years of age where allowed by state law, weigh at least 110 pounds and are in generally good health may be eligible to donate blood.
• High school students and other donors 18 years of age and younger also must meet certain height and weight requirements.

Once you arrive at Stuyvesant Plaza on Wednesday February 15th, you will find the Rock and Roll Up Your Sleeve event between Ta-da! and Penzeys. The Red Cross continues to have an ongoing, critical need for lifesaving blood in 2023 as blood product distributions to hospitals remain higher than anticipated.
