Troy City Council In Adult Theater?

It's possible, the Times Union reports that the city of Troy is considering moving City Council Chambers into the former home of the Skinema Art Theater. Yuck! That sounds disguisting doesn't it? I could never work in a building that you know people were most certainly doing more than just watching porno movies. I'd be jumping around and wondering what happened in 'this spot', or 'this spot'. You get the point. It would be like building a house on a cemetary. It's just not right. But hey if City Council moves in, the Dauchy building would probably feel the same as it would simply be like turning it from one dirty place, into another.
