If you need to get your hair cut, your nails done or a last-minute tattoo to commemorate the coronavirus pandemic (you know something classy like a Covid-19 tramp stamp) you better hurry to get it done.

Governor Cuomo announced that along with the order of nonessential businesses reducing their workforce by 75%. He has also ordered all licensed cosmetology shops closed effective Saturday, March 21 at 8 p.m.

That order effectively closes all barbershops, hair salons, nail salons, tattoo shops, and piercing parlors. The main reason is you can't practice "social distancing" while getting a new colorful tattoo or having your hair cut.

This is part of the governor's Executive Order in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
