Because Green ran away, no sentence was handed down, but he is said to be facing 25 years in prison.

In 2020 Green was involved in a drive by shooting on Old Loudon Road in Colonie where he fired several shots at a house in April of 2020. CBS 6 reports several people were in the home at the time including a 2 year old and 6 year old.

His whereabouts are unknown, but a bench warrant has been issued for his arrest. If you see him, contact police immediately. As always, anonymous tips can be submitted at capitalregioncrimestoppers.com.
