Drinking and Driving on Flats in Kinderhook Will Get You Pulled Over

People are still drinking and driving? Seriously? Listen, if you're still down with putting others in danger after handfuls of libations, at least make sure you're tires are inflated! 

53-year-old Michael Phillips was arrested after police spotted the man driving on 9H, rocking flat tires, in Kinderhook early Saturday morning.

Turns out, Phillips allegedly smashed into a guardrail earlier on and then left the scene of his very own accident. Sweet!

After refusing a breathalyzer, the 53-year-old flat tire driving, accident scene leaving, intoxicated man was arrested and given appearance tickets.

So yeah, people are still drinking and driving?
