Eagles Of Death Metal Play The Upstate Concert Hall Tonight!

You are not going to want to miss this one!

The Eagles of Death Metal show at the Upstate Concert Hall is definitely one that has been on my list since the day it was announced and show day has finally arrived!

Truth be told I've actually been going through show withdrawals since Rock'N Derby ended so this show is not only going to be awesome but very much needed as well.

You may know the Eagles of Death Metal best by the fact that it was at their show at Le Bataclan when the terrorist attacks went down in Paris. So let us introduce you a bit more about the band via their website:

Eagles of Death Metal is an American rock band from Palm Desert, California, formed in 1998 by best friends Jesse Hughes and Josh Homme. Despite their band name, Eagles of Death Metal is not a death metal band. The story goes that a friend was introducing Josh Homme to the death metal genre. When he played a song by the Polish band Vader and made a claim that the song was within the death metal genre, Homme then referred to Vader as "The Eagles of Death Metal". After hearing this phrase, he wondered what a cross between the Eagles and a death metal band would sound like. With that, the band was born.
