While we have quite a few restaurant options when it comes to Mexican food, there are a few shining examples that have become favorites of mine. This new spot on Central Avenue might be the owner of my heart after seeing this item on their menu.

Fresh Guacamole with Chicharrons

El Rancho, located at 113 Central Avenue is doing something I've only ever drooled over on social media, or been able to get while visiting my partner in San Antonio, Texas. Once I saw them post this I knew I had to get myself to this location ASAP.

If you take a look at the menu on their website they're doing some pretty amazing things. It says right when you open the homepage that they're using authentic ingredients and that it is Mexican cuisine with modern culinary techniques. I am absolutely in love with that.
