So it's Friday night and you're bummed because  you either: A) Don't have a sitter  B) Haven't been paid yet  or C) Have been sick as dog like this guy thanks to this arctic weather we've had as of late!   Solution?  The Tube.  Since I'll be home with my eyes on the box with rabbit ears, here's a little run down of some BA stuff to watch tonight.

Fringe, Fox 9:00 PM.  Have you checked out this sci fi FBI show with Joshua Jackson yet?  The FBI Fringe team uses strange science to investigate the unexplained.  According to Damina Holbrook of TVguide.com "you might want to make sure the floor is clean because your jaw is gonna hit it!" in reference to tonight's show.

WWE Smackdown, Sy Fy 8:00 PM.  I'm a dork, what can I say? I dig the wrasslin'.  Tonight's card should entertain though.  Both the Smackdown and Raw champions shall face each other as Edge teams with Randy Orton to take on The Miz and Dolph Ziggler in preperation for the Royal Rumble on Sunday.

The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, NBC 11:30. Letterman is a re-run so Leno is my choice of the clicker tonight. Funny man Jay Mohr is on tonight ...always wondered what he's been up to since Jerry Maguire! LOL

Knicks at Hawks, MGS 7:30 PM.  The Knicks are relevant again!?!  The addition of Stoudemire and Felton have put the Knicks in playoff contention these days and they look to avenge the 99-90 loss against the playoff bound Hawks back on 11/27.

Winter X Games, ESPN 7:00 PM.  Who doesn't love the X Games?!? Tonight you can catch the snowmobile, skiing and snowboarding. My attention will be on the snowboard competition as we see the Big Air Final, Best Method.  You know what they say? Go big or go home!

Ok, if you're not a sports cat or not down with Sci Fi, I've got your answer with a few classics.

The Dark Knight, TNT 8:00 PM.  Christain Bale, the best supporting Oscar hopeful this year, and Heath Ledger who took home the best supporting Oscar for his role as the Joker team up here. You can't go wrong with a great cast, a huge grossing film on the all time list and, of course, Batman!

Lethal Weapon, TNT 11:15 PM.  Keep it on TNT tonight and you can't go wrong it seems.  Gibson and Glover in the original 1987 action flick.  A classic I can watch once a week.

Ghostbusters, VH1 8:00 PM.  Like you never bought the green Ecto Cooler Slimer drink from Hi-C back in the day.  Re-live the youth and have some laughs while watching this 1984 goodie.  Prep for that Ghostbusters 3 film that is supposed to be out in 2012!
