Teach your kids or yourself about world cuisine. Around the World Cuisine is a monthly class at Honest Weight that will explore countries worldwide and introduce our youngest cooperators to some classic cultural examples of food. You are given passports to be stamped at each monthly session. The next session features China's cuisine at noon and is Saturday, June 18, at the Teaching Kitchen @ Honest Weight Food Co-op, 100 Watervliet Ave.
Happening on the same day at the Honest Weight Co-op, be a taste-tester for the Plant-Based Bacon Taste Test. You will evaluate three unique plant-based bacon products' appearance, texture, and taste. Then, you can score yourself a $20 gift card to Honest Weight Food Co-op just for your opinion. That has to be a win right there!
How about a craft fair full of handbags and bling? Head to Troy for local craft vendors, live music, and food trucks at the 2022 For the Love of Bags and Bling event! The event is on June 18 and starts at 11 am on Winter Street in Troy.
