According to Yahoo, former NHL player Richard Zednick was in his native Slovakia as ambassador of hockey and was hosting a training session with local youth at a hockey rink that opened just a year ago.

There was a lot of ice and snow on the roof and as they were skating ice chunks began to fall from the roof onto the rink.  Everyone got off the ice and moments later the entire roof caved in.  Incredibly, no one was injured.
