In This Moment Continue ‘Half God, Half Devil’ Tour Through Fall 2017
With a new album dropping next week and a headlining tour heating up this summer, In This Moment have announced that they will be riding that wave all the way to the end of this year. The “Half God, Half Devil” tour has been very well-received so far this year, so much so that the band decided to extend the tour through the end of fall.
The new album, titled Ritual, is dropping July 21. Guitarist, Chris Howorth has described the new sound as raw, more serious and stripped down. Add to that, an appearance by Judas Priest frontman Rob Halford on the song, "Black Wedding," and it is no wonder their shows are not to be missed.
The group has also started including their haunting cover of Phil Collins' “In the Air Tonight" to the set list and they've been enjoying a spike in interest thanks to the single "Oh Lord." Meanwhile, a new lyric video for the song "Roots" off the album just recently arrived and you can check that out here. The Ritual album is available to pre-order here.
The fall extension of the tour kicks off in Salt Lake City on Sept. 22, and will be mostly headlining dates with Of Mice and Men and Avatar. You can also expect the band playing multiple festivals as well.
