Another Move Closer to Huge Complex in Busy Area of Saratoga County
The massive One-Four-Six Marketplace complex is proposed in Saratoga County in a busy section. But now, the town board has approved one issue that moves this complex closer to being built.
The one-hundred-sixty million dollar mixed-use development known as One-Four-Six Marketplace moves closer to approval because the Halfmoon Town Board has approved a zone change. Now Luizzi Construction will plan on moving forward.
This massive complex is being considered at the corner of Route 146 and Old Route 146 in Halfmoon.
What Happens Next?
The process of the site plan review, according to the Albany Business Review, will take about seven months. If that moves forward the entire complex will take about four years to build.
What's Planned For The One-Four-Six Marketplace?
There would be three hundred twenty-eight luxury apartments, inside ten multistory buildings along with restaurants, stores, offices, swimming pools, underground parking, and more.
