Attention LEGO Fans of All Ages! Expo Coming to Upstate NY

Calling all LEGO fans! BrickUniverse will be held again this year in Albany. The BrickUniverse LEGO Fan Expo will have something for every LEGO fan.

What Is BrickUniverse?

The convention will include LEGO exhibits and amazing LEGO creations. There will also be building zones, professional LEGO artists, LEGO sets, and more. There will also be a charity angle. Proceeds from the event will help local Albany charities.

News 10 ABC spoke to the event organizer, York Beights and he said,

BrickUniverse Albany 2024 is more than just an event; it’s a celebration of creativity, innovation, and the limitless possibilities of LEGO bricks. We’re thrilled to bring this unique experience back to Albany, offering LEGO enthusiasts of all ages the chance to immerse themselves in a world of imagination and craftsmanship.

BrickUniverse, a LEGO Fan Expo will be in Albany at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center on April 27th and 28th. There is VIP admission at 9 am and for two-hour periods through the day for general admission at 10 am. Get your tickets on the Eventbrite website.

See LEGOLAND New York's New Water Playground

LEGOLAND New York has quickly become one of the state's most popular attractions since it opened last year. Now, they are adding to the family fun with a new water playground that will open in the summer of 2022. The playground will be one of several new attractions opening in the new season, and it will be a part of the Lego City section of the park. Take a tour of the playground in the renderings below.
