After Tuesday's storm shifted track and completely missed Upstate New York, more snow is forecasted for the region Thursday night.

The snowstorm earlier this week definitely delivered, but mostly in the Hudson Valley and areas south. While they dig out downstate. another storm system is moving our way and it looks like this one will deliver some fresh snow to the Capital Region and Upstate New York.

News Channel 13 First Warning Forecast

According to News Channel 13, our next round of snow will arrive Thursday evening and will continue into Friday morning. Forecasters are also tracking another potential snowmaker this weekend and are waiting on potential snowfall estimates to come into focus.

, most of the Capital Region and areas north will get some snow with Thursday night's storm, with the highest snowfall estimates falling in the North Country.

Snow will return to the Capital Region and Upstate New York later this week, falling Thursday evening, February 15th into Friday morning, February 16th, 2024. Snowfall estimates for this storm will be lowest south of Albany, with higher totals falling in the Adirondacks.
