Could it be another runway bride? First it was Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris calling off a wedding, now it's Jesse James and Kat Von D? Depending on when they are asked depends on the answer; the wedding is on, off or the relationship itself has too much drama. Both are now denying the rumors. Jesse James who was married to Sandra Bullock, met the tattooed Kat Von D shortly after the breakup last summer and proposed by the end of the year.

Kat Von D says their relationship is strong and are planning a summer wedding to coincide with the one year anniversary of them dating.
