Artists were forced to take a 2 year break from touring due to the pandemic. In 2021 we saw a slight return to the road but this year we got back to business as usual. Here in the Capital Region and surrounding areas fans returned to indoor and outdoor venues in big numbers!

Now that Summer is winding down let's take a look back at what 2022 has been like, so far, for artists and concert-goers. How many of these shows were you at? Which was your favorite? Who did you miss?

Scroll through the concert calendar below and you will see 50 different artists that made their way to the Albany area to perform live. 2 HUGE shows ended up being cancelled and 12 different venues saw fans singing in unison to their favorite bands.

I have managed to see 7 concerts this Summer and of that bunch REO Speedwagon with Styx and Loverboy at SPAC and Roger Waters at MVP Arena rank among my favorites. Which were yours?
