On Friday September 29th, according to a post on the New York State Police Facebook page, the individual seen in the video below entered the Delaware National Bank of Delhi in Delhi, NY. with the intent to withdraw money from a bank account.

The post suggests that this suspect used a fake ID to withdraw a large sum of money from a customer's bank account. Again, it was not his account.

M&T Bank, as an example, states that to make a withdrawal at a bank branch you will need to provide the withdrawal slip to the teller along with your account number, debit card or other form of personal identification to access your account.

Did the suspect find the account holders ID? Was the suspect able to use a completely false ID to withdraw the funds? Many questions remain unanswered, for now police are seeking your help in locating the suspect.
