One of the bigger stories of 2016 was the marital issues of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, with Ozzy's infidelity coming to light in a very public manner and the rocker agreeing to attend therapy as he attempted to repair the issues in the couple's marriage that came about due to his actions. At the time, Ozzy issued a statement claiming he was in therapy for sex addiction, but he's now backed off that statement a bit.

Speaking with the Irish Times (as reported by The Express), Osbourne stated, "I'm in a f--king rock band, aren't I? There have always been groupies. I just got caught, didn't I? It was a bump in the road. I don't think I'm a f--king sex addict."

Last year, after his affair with Michelle Pugh became public, Ozzy issued a statement that he had been dealing with sex addiction over the last six years. In his new interview, Osbourne also laid part of the blame for his infidelity on the busy schedule of his wife Sharon Osbourne.

"In any marriage you grow apart if you don't spend enough time together, and that was part of the problem," he continued. "Sharon is a workaholic and that's great. But if she comes home from X Factor and wants to go to bed, what the f--k am I supposed to do?"

In December, Sharon revealed to the Daily Mail that Ozzy had asked her to renew their wedding vows. “In my life I have been so blessed but when one side of your life is so brilliant other things can suffer. It is hard when you are both successful and both working away,” she stated at the time. “It is easy to take each other for granted. We have been married for 35 years and been together 38 years. You have to have some ups and downs.”
