Popular Capital Region Area Pub Closes After 34 Years
A popular bar in Clifton Park recently closed it's doors after 34 years.
According to the Times Union, Andrea's Pub closed at the end of April with no reason given. The official Andrea's Pub Facebook page described the place as the friendliest hometown bar around. They served lunch and dinner with a menu that included pub food and Italian. The building was reportedly sold according to management. Andrea's Pub sits at 1436 Crescent Vischer Ferry Rd in Clifton Park.
Sad to see another Capital Region area watering hole close their doors after such a long time. 34 years in business is pretty impressive and it seems like Andrea's Pub was a fun hangout, although I personally never made it there. Lot's of places closing as of late. Have you ever went to Andrea's Pub? How do you feel about the closing and do you have any special memories from there?
