Q103 STP Winning Weekend

Q103 is celebrating the 25th anniversary of Stone Temple Pilot's debut album Core with a STP Winning Weekend.

Stone Temple Pilots Core was released Sept. 29, 1992 on Atlantic Records. The band found immediate success with its release and they went on to become one of the most commercially successful bands of the 1990’s. Core sold over 8 million copies and would become the band's best-selling album featuring singles "Sex Type Thing", "Plush", and "Creep".

We'll be celebrating the anniversary of Core on Friday, Sept. 29 and throughout the weekend. We'll play songs off the album all day on its anniversary Friday and after 3pm we'll kick off the STP Winning Weekend by hooking someone up with a 2-cd deluxe edition of STP's Core and then all weekend we'll be giving away the standard 2-cd sets of the album.
