New York's Capital Region is rich with Christmas tradition. For example, did you know that the iconic poem "Twas the Night Before Christmas" was first published on December 23, 1823, in the Troy Sentinel newspaper in Troy, New York?

There will be much to celebrate this Christmas season and one way to do so is on board the Candy Cane Express. All ages are welcome on this 60 minute Christmas themed ride in the Southern Adirondacks. Candy Canes, cookies and hot chocolate will fill the bellies of the little ones on a trip to see Santa!
