Happy Birthday today (Feb. 6) to Axl Rose. The Guns N' Roses frontman is 54.

One of my favorite rockers of all time, Axl Rose has been frontman for Guns N' Roses since the band formed in 1985. He co-founded the band, and had great success in the late 80's and early 90's. Their first album Appetite for Destruction is the best-selling debut album in U.S. with sales of 18 million. The album has sold over 30 million copies worldwide. The successful Use Your Illusion albums were released in 1991. After 1994, Rose disappeared from the public eye following the Use Your Illusion Tour. He resurfaced with a new Guns N' Roses lineup in 2001. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2012 with Guns N' Roses but declined  to attend the event.

As of 2016, the classic Guns N’ Roses lineup has reunited. A highly anticipated reunion tour will take place starting with dates in Las Vegas April 8 and 9 at the brand new T- Mobil Arena along with an appearance at the 2016 Coachella festival in California. A 25 date U.S. summer stadium tour is also rumored to be happening. Keep an eye on the official Guns N’ Roses website here for updates. As a die hard Guns fan, I cannot wait to see them this year!
