Discipline is needed here yes, but felony charges? Really? Maybe back it up for a moment and let’s rethink this. Perverts should be punished, yes. Someone harboring or distributing child pornography is a disgusting person and should be put in jail, but not if that person is a child them self.

Somehow a naked picture of a sixth grader has been circulating around her middle school. They said they are not positive who took the picture or initially sent it out but officials said they plan on launching a child porn investigation. Let me complete your investigation right now. You have a class full of hormonal wacked up children going through puberty. Then you hand these children a cell phone with a camera on it. Then you factor in the MTV and Nicki Minaj and anything else that says “Sex”. It doesn’t take long for the kids to get the brilliant idea to act on these strange funny new feelings they have and take naked pictures of themselves.

Here is your solution instead of marking a child as a sex offender for the rest of their life.

#1. Find the kid who sent the picture and beat the crap out of them (metaphorically) and explain why they are a dummy and how they should never do that again until they turn 18 and can make legit money from it.
#2. Don’t give your CHILD a smart phone!
#3. Monitor what your kid does online and take away their web cam. Or put the family computer in the living room or somewhere where they won’t feel comfortable standing naked to take a photo.
#4. Do some parenting. Problem solved.

Thank you thank, Ill gladly accept your nomination for office.
