Students’ Racy Photo Banned from Yearbook [VIDEO]

18 year old senior student Sydney Spies had her photo taken for her high school yearbook.  However the photo was deemed to revealing and administrators yanked it out.  Now she, her mom and others are fighting the school for freedom of expression. 

Posing in a short yellow skirt midriff and a black shawl, she wanted to use the photo as her senior picture.  At first yearbook editors had no problem with it, now they do because it violated the school dress code.    She will be allowed to use it in the yearbook just not as her senior portrait.

Somehow I see a pole and high heels in this girls future!
