Sixteen years after “Fat Lip,” Sum 41 still know how to bring fans out to the skate park. Check out the pop-punk veterans’ new video for “Goddamn I’m Dead Again.”

It’s tracks like these that make us weep with joy that Dave ‘Brownsound’ Baksh is back in the band. Sum 41’s 2016 album, 13 Voices, brings a heavy metal edge to pop-punk anthems, much like past Sum records Does This Look Infected? and Chuck. For their “Goddamn I’m Dead Again” video, Sum 41 put out the word to their fans (aka ‘Skumfuks’) to come hang for an energetic skatepark party.

"We're very excited to release this new video for 'Goddamn I'm Dead Again,’” says frontman Deryck Whibley. “This one is for the fans and by the fans. What you are seeing are dedicated Sum 41 super fans, not one extra and I love that. Thank you all for being a part of it and spending that Sunday afternoon with us!"

Just like the “Fat Lip” and “In Too Deep” videos, there are plenty of misfit characters that’ll surely remind you of your friends. If you’ve ever checked out a Sum 41 show, you know the energy is out of this world and the clip for “Goddamn I’m Dead Again” captures that feeling on a day where the sun is blazing… the perfect time to crank a Sum 41 track.
