There has been a new plan to develop the old Troy Atrium downtown but not as the two previous plans had mapped out. Costs are up so plans have changed.

Water Slide World in Lake George, NY is being sold but it's not going to be a place for summer fun anymore. They are going to build on the massive site.

If you have traveled through Clifton Park you know that there is a ton of growth. There are new apartment complexes popping up. A few years ago there was a proposal to build new apartments at the old Kmart in the Shoppers World Plaza. That plan was shot down. The developers have a new proposal at the same site.

The new Clifton Park Druthers Brewing Company is on track to open sometime this summer. The computer renderings of this massive brewhouse are stunning. There is new life being given to a long-time vacant 1890s building in downtown Troy. It's being purchased by a businessman who owns three restaurants but has different plans for this building.

There was a proposal for an apartment complex more than three years ago on a piece of land next to Crossgates Mall. Lawsuits delayed the project, but now it has the green light.

If you travel along Route 146 near Lowe's and Old Route 146, you have noticed that there is a huge parcel of land that lays vacant. It's a peculiar area because even though Oreshan Farm has been there for years, housing developments around it have been booming. There are plans to build more housing at that farm, but a lawsuit says, "not so fast".

South Troy will be getting a much-needed makeover in the way of a $38 million apartment complex. It lays on a piece of land in an industrial lot adjacent to the Hudson River.

There could be another brewery coming to Hudson in the winter of 2022. Plans have been submitted to the town of Hudson that would take an unfinished warehouse and a vacant lot and turn it into a microbrewery and taproom along with an outdoor beer garden
