no pants

So I want to know your thoughts on this one. Apparently New York City has something that I never knew existed.  A No Pants subway day.  The Times Union posted about it, with photos, so obviously I had to look right?  I started to wonder why there was a whole day dedicated to wearing no pants on subways around New York City...

On Sunday, January 10th, 2016, thousands of people rode the subway with no pants, they are not trying to raise awareness for anything, other then what they look like, with no pants. There are rules, of course, because you can't just go around, not wearing any pants and have no rules about it...
