I'm pretty sure Dave Grohl is always up for a challenge.  Not that I know the guy.  But really, from touring in a cast on a throne, to a drum off with a 10-year-old, the guy knows no bounds.

The drum off with a 10-year-old is the most recent of his escapades, a challenge he accepted after it was thrown out by Nandi Bushell, 10-year-old drummer.  In case you missed it, I've seen this all over social media but caught the initial article at Music Radar.  This girl Nandi is the cutest thing, rocking to "Everlong" on black drum set decked out with Foo Fighters logos and hearts all over it.  And legitimately, she rocks.  She threw out that her dream would be to jam with the Foo Fighters and to drum battle with Dave Grohl, and to be honest, how could anyone say no to this girl.

With a video posted on the official Foo Fighters Instagram, Grohl accepts her challenge for a drum off.   Behind his own daughter's drum kit, he first of all rocks "'Everlong" himself, takes the attention off of himself and gives Taylor Hawkins total credit for rocking as the Foo Fighters' drummer, and then counters by playing some Them Crooked Vultures (the supergroup of Josh Homme, Dave Grohl, and John Paul Jones).   I vote for more of this kind of stuff in 2020!
