Thank You Seth Rogen & AMC!!!!

Seth Rogen and AMC have confirmed that there will be a TV series based on the comic book series "Preacher" and after almost 2 decades of waiting, it's about time. 

If you have never read the comic book series "Preacher" then you better start, it's an incredibly graphic comic book series that reads like a Quentin Tarantino/Kevin Smith movie.

It's about half angel, half demon hybrid that has escaped from captivity and fused itself with the soul of Jesse Custer, a preacher from Texas who has lost his faith.

Being possessed by the half angel, half demon, Jesse has the power of a divine voice, that can command anyone to do anything he says.

What's the twist?

When the half angel, half demon escapes, god goes into hiding and no one can find him.

Jesse Custer must join forces with: Tulip an alcoholic turned assassin who happens to be his ex-girlfriend, and a hard drinking Irish Vampire known as Cassidy.

I read the entire series twice, there have been many failed attempts to turn this into a movie or TV series, no one could get the job done before Seth Rogen and AMC stepped up to the plate.

I have herd some disappointing rumors, but nothing more disappointing then some of the rumors surrounding the previous attempts.
