We have obtained the lineup for the FREE concert series in Downtown Albany this summer.


Last week we told you that "unofficially" it looked like the Alive at Five free concert series that's held in Downtown Albany was going to be temporarily relocated to Tricentennial Park for the 2016 series run. Well, now we can officially say that Tricentennial Park will be the temporary location for the concert series. More importantly, we can now also tell you the lineup for this series run ... So here it goes:

June 9: Dr. John and The Nite Trippers

June 16: The Joy Formidable
With: Good Fiction

June 23: Tony! Toni! Tone!
With: Tamara Amar

June 30: The Chronicles (as Earth, Wind, and Fire)
With: Thump Gospel (as Michael Jackson)

July 14: Enter the Haggis
With: Hair of the Dog

July 21: Bloc Party
With: Titanics

July 28: LOCASH
With: Skeeter Creek

August 4: Molly Hatchet
With: Tumbleweed Highway

No tickets need for theses show because they're all FREE! Shows start at 5pm in case you didn't pick that up from the name of the concert series.
